The installation went really well. However, the follow-up communication is way too frequent, with them trying to push for more business even after I asked them to back off. In just three days, I had marketing reaching out twice, throwing around a lot of fluff and wanting to discuss additional options. It's getting pretty close to feeling like harassment.

The entire team of workers is incredibly polite, super helpful, and quite friendly.

The guy named Lulian Mindru who did the work was super polite, friendly, and made sure everything was neat. The front door installation turned out even better than I thought it would. He was really professional, knew his stuff, and was super helpful. Thanks a bunch! 😎

Both Kevin Kelsey and John Donovan were super professional and really polite. The company also stuck to the fitting date, which I appreciated. I'd definitely recommend them!

The sales crew was awesome; if you declined, they didn’t push you. As for the installation crew, if you were on board, they’d call to let you know when they’d show up, and once they were done, they made sure to leave everything just as it was.

The whole team, from the sales guy to the installer, was super professional, polite, and helpful. The quality of the windows we got is really impressive. I definitely suggest this to anyone looking.

Right from the get-go, the team was courteous and dedicated. The guys who put in our windows were super nice and managed to get all 8 done in just a day and a half, which was pretty impressive!

Mike Taylor came over and put in our doors. Our place is pretty old with uneven floors. The lintels are tilted, and the frames aren't quite right, but he got right to it. We kept him fueled with cups of tea, and before we knew it (oh, what a delight to see), our terrible doors were gone. How he managed it is beyond me. But it's all done now, and it looks fantastic. No more drafts AND SAFE FROM THIEVES!!

Ref 100815. We've had work done by First Home Improvements before, and if there's ever a need to ask about something or fix an issue after the job's complete, they've always been super helpful. And maybe the best part these days is that there's a real person on the other end of the line who actually knows their stuff!!! How often does that happen???

Just checking in after my last review. Nothing has changed. I still have a door that lets in a draft. They said they would come today, but I didn’t hear a peep, so I reached out to them. The engineers were supposed to get in touch, but again, no word. I called back only to learn they had wrapped up for the day. Supposedly, I’ll get a call tomorrow, but honestly, I’m not counting on it.

The setup took an extra day longer than planned. The folks who installed it were fantastic. However, it was really pricey, way higher than what I found out later for similar quality and value.

Iulian Mindru was a solid worker. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up nicely, and made sure everything was tidy. He also walked me through the door locking sequence, which was really helpful.

I've chatted with the company a few times, and I gotta say, they’re super organized. Everyone seems to know their stuff, and they were really helpful.

The installers, Mark and Jaz, paid close attention to detail and nothing seemed like a hassle for them. They were courteous, friendly, and kept the vibe positive the whole time. Plus, they were incredibly tidy, which was a nice touch, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine, making sure the job was done to top-notch standards.

Awesome item, amazing setup. The follow-up service and the relentless daily calls are just too much; there ought to be a law against that. It's a real letdown, and because of this, I won't be working with First Home Improvements anymore.

The guys who did the job were great and kept things neat. My house feels way warmer now.
